The Customer ("you", "your") is a natural person who is of legal age and who is not acting in the context of a profession or business, with whom the Seller concludes an Agreement.

The Product is a product that the Seller offers for sale on the Website.
The Order is a purchase of one or more product(s) placed by the Buyer on the Website in accordance with the procedure and conditions described in this document.
By accessing this Website you agree to be bound by the Terms.
Before using this Website, you should always read the Terms carefully, as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy ("Privacy") and our Returns Policy.
1. APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use made available online by Nydo agreements and other legal relationships between the Seller and the Customer regarding the use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of a product on or through the Website.
2. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AND COMPLETING ORDERS
2.1 Placing an order
The Customer can place an order on or via the Website in the following way:
The Customer selects the desired Product in the desired model and color,
The Customer adds the Product to the shopping cart,
The Customer checks his order and proceeds to checkout by entering all his personal and address details,
The Customer checks the information provided,
The Customer selects a payment method and processes the payment,
The Customer will receive an email confirming the Order placed.
NB This first confirmation email does NOT mean that the payment was successful and that the order has been completed.
If the email address provided is incorrect, Nydo CANNOT send a confirmation email or further information about the Order and/or about shipping.
2.2 Discount code
Nydo has the right to offer discount codes and Store Credit in, among others, the following cases:
If Customer returns one or more product(s) requiring Store Credit with Free Shipping (Return shipping is NOT included.
If Nydo decides to offer special discounts to a specific Customer due to a special situation.
Personal Discount Codes can only be used once and the entire amount must be used in one go.
2.3 Execution of Orders
After the Customer has placed an order, Nydo will:
Check all order details,
Check that the address provided is correct (if not, our Customer Service will contact the Customer as soon as possible to request a correct address),
Checking whether all ordered items are in stock (if an item is sold out, our Customer Service will contact the Customer as soon as possible to provide a suitable solution),
Check whether the payment has been processed and received,
Decide whether to accept or reject the order (read section 2.3 for more information about rejected orders).
If Nydo decides to accept the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email stating that the order has been completed and that it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
2.4 Rejection of Order
Nydo has the right to reject the Order placed by the Customer in, among others, the following cases:
If the information entered by the Customer is incorrect, incomplete and/or false, or if the Seller may reasonably doubt whether this is the case,
If the Customer's payment has not been received,
If the Customer has not fulfilled his/her payment obligations to the Seller in the past,
If the Customer has already caused the Seller serious inconvenience in the past,
if the Customer has not accepted and/or collected orders that he/she has placed with the Seller in the past,
If there is an obvious mistake or clerical error, for example in the prices stated on the Website,
If the Seller cannot deliver the Order to the address specified by the Customer.
If an Order is rejected, Nydo will contact the Customer as soon as possible.
2.5 Conclusion of the Agreement
The Agreement, including the Privacy Policy posted on the Website and these Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Seller with respect to the use of the Website and the placing and fulfillment of an Order.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1 Shipping time and carrier
The Order will be processed and shipped from our logistics as quickly as possible (within 1-5 business days) after it is completed.
All our shipments are made using a carrier designated by us.
Carrier cannot be changed at the Customer's special request.
Delays are possible during the sale.
The Customer will always be informed by the Seller via email of possible delays and/or changes.
3.2 Shipping address and personal information
Once the order has been processed and packaged, it will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer, provided the address provided is complete and correct.
If the address provided is incorrect and/or incomplete, the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible via the e-mail address and/or telephone number that the Customer has provided, provided that the personal data provided is correct and complete.
If the Customer has provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal and address details, as already indicated, the Seller is not responsible for any delays and/or failures in delivery.
3.3 Resolving any inconvenience
The risk of any damage to or loss of the Products passes to the Customer from the moment the Products are delivered.
If any inconvenience occurs before delivery, the Customer must contact our Customer Service, stating order number, address details and a clear explanation of the inconvenience. Our Customer Service will handle the complaint as soon as possible and find a suitable solution in consultation with the Customer.
During the sale, the response time may be extended and the Customer will always be informed by the Seller via email of possible delays and/or changes.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices
The prices stated on the Website are in euros, exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping costs.
The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The total Purchase Price will be stated in the Shopping Cart and in the confirmation emails that the Customer receives after completing his/her order (please read section 2 for more information about confirmation emails).
4.2 Price change
The Seller has the right to adjust the prices on the Website from time to time without any notice being required.
The prices indicated at the time the Order is placed are deemed to be the prices that form part of the Agreement.
4.3 Payment
Payment can be made via the methods indicated on the Website and must be made in advance to execute the Order and complete the Agreement.
5. RETURN
If the Customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, he/she has the right to return the delivered Product at his/her own expense within a period of 14 days after receipt of the Product, without giving any reason, in the manner indicated by the Seller. in the returns policy, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothes is allowed), is undamaged and (as far as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging.
If the package has already been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Products purchased at a discount will NOT be refunded.
Before returning products, the Customer must complete, print and include in the package the returns form made available by the Seller on the Website to specify the details of both the order and the return.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1 Contact
The Customer can contact Nydo via email: Info@nydo.nl.
6.2 Response time
Our Customer Service will answer all questions as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the message has been received and the email address provided is correct and/or complete.
If it is expected that the complaint will require a longer processing time, the Seller will inform the Customer of this within a period of 14 days and indicate within which period the Customer can expect an answer.
6.3 Any deviations
The Customer acknowledges that: minor deviations and deviations that are generally considered acceptable with regard to the quality, size, color, finish, etc. of Products cannot or are difficult to avoid and do not constitute a valid reason to file a complaint.
Such complaints, and complaints about the removal of certain Products from the Website, are unfounded.
The Seller is not liable for damage suffered by the Customer as a result of such deviations or removal of such Products from the Website.
The Customer will fully cooperate in the event that the Seller recalls a Product.
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
7.1 Warranty
The Seller is legally obliged to deliver a Product that complies with the agreement with the Customer.
The Customer must check the Product as soon as he/she receives it, before removing the labels and/or using the Product itself and inform the Seller of any defects within 14 days.
The Customer must provide evidence of the defect, such as photos of the Product with the tags still attached and of the defect itself.
If damage occurs after the labels have been removed and/or the Product has already been used and/or washed by the Customer, the Seller will require additional proof and information such as washing and/or drying method.
The Seller and its Customer Service are not responsible for failure to receive messages and/or for technical problems that may arise during communications between the Customer and the Seller.
For urgent questions, the Customer must contact our Customer Service via the telephone number already mentioned during the Seller's office hours.
7.2 Liability
Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by Buyer in connection with the Agreement. Under no circumstances will any direct damage for which the Seller is legally liable to the Buyer exceed the Purchase Price. The Seller refers to the Terms of Use of the Website with regard to its liability with regard to the Website and the use of the Website.
8. FORCE MAJEURE

Om te ruilen of terug te sturen moet je de bestelling naar ons kantoor sturen en na ontvangst en controle of de bestelling in goede staat is, betalen we het geld terug of ruilen we de bestelling om.
